Elevated Freeway

This is Keelung Road which mercifully allows the cars to mount the elevated freeway while the scooters stay on the ground. Notice that the freeway has not one but two elevated lanes. You can only imagine traffic like this - even if you've been to L.A. In the ultimate conservation of space there are sometimes markets or parking lots underneath the freeways.
